With the drafting and dissemination of Asja’s Gender Equality Policy, aware that there is always room for improvement, we wish to formally express our commitment to improving gender equality and promoting a culture of respect for diversity within our company, in line with the provisions of UNI\/PdR 125:2022, the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and European guidelines.<\/p>\n

The Board of Directors of Asja Energy Societ\u00e0 Benefit a Responsabilit\u00e0 Limitata, with its resolution of 27\/07\/2023, appointed a Gender Equality Steering Committee to promote the effective implementation of the gender equality policy.
