Para atingir esse objetivo, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio zerar o mais rapidamente poss\u00edvel as emiss\u00f5es de CO<sub style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2<\/sub>. construiu e opera na It\u00e1lia, verificados e certificados com o registro do asja -CO<sub>2<\/sub><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>pela RINA, uma ag\u00eancia certificadora global de emiss\u00f5es<\/h3>\n<p>O sistema Asja -CO<sub style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2<\/sub> calcula as emiss\u00f5es de CO<sub style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2<\/sub>\u00a0aplicando os algoritmos desenvolvidos pela ISPRA (Ag\u00eancia Italiana de Pesquisa Ambiental), que publica anualmente os fatores de emiss\u00e3o padr\u00e3o para:<\/p>\n<p><strong>transporte rodovi\u00e1rio<\/strong><br \/>\nos dados podem ser acessados aqui e se referem \u00e0s emiss\u00f5es m\u00e9dias de CO<sub style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2<\/sub>\u00a0da frota de ve\u00edculos italianos<\/p>\n<p><strong>consumo de energia<\/strong><br \/>\nquantidade m\u00e9dia de CO<sub style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2<\/sub> produzida por kWh \u00e9 calculada aplicando a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isprambiente.gov.it\/en\/publications\/reports\/emissions-sector-of-co2-in-electric-sector-and-analysis-of-emissions-decomposition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an\u00e1lise
